
EMMANUEL MENSAH DUAH
Emmanuel is a seasoned international development professional with expertise in systems design and strengthening, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research, and project management. He brings a results-driven approach to development work, underpinned by strong skills in data management, analytics, and data visualization.
He has previously served in key roles with CARE International and Democracy International on USAID-funded projects across Ghana. As Monitoring and Evaluation Lead, Emmanuel contributed significantly to program effectiveness by leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance accountability.
Emmanuel is a Chartered Economist with the Association of Certified Chartered Economists. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Planning and a master’s degree in Economics, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.
Currently, Emmanuel is a Commonwealth Scholar at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, where he is pursuing a degree in Management and Information Systems (Change and Development) via distance learning. His academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to driving impactful change through evidence-based development practices.
