DR V.REV. EMMANUEL TWUMASI ANKRAH

Dr. Emmanuel Twumasi-Ankrah is a highly esteemed educator and educational researcher with over 25 years of experience in the field of education. He holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he specialized in Old Testament Studies, African Life and Thought, and Biblical Hebrew Language.

 

Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah’s career as an educator is marked by his dedication to academic excellence and his passion for teaching. Over the past nine years, he has served as a lecturer, supervisor, and examiner at the university level, shaping the intellectual and professional development of countless students. His commitment to integrity and cooperation has earned him a reputation as a respected and influential figure in academia.

In his role as an educational researcher, Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah has made significant contributions to the body of knowledge in his field. He is a full member of the Institute for Biblical Scholarship Africa (IBSA), reflecting his active engagement with the academic community. His research interests are diverse and include Old Testament Studies, African Life and Thought, and the Biblical Hebrew Language.

 

Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah has authored four books for basic schools and theological students, providing valuable resources that enhance educational curricula. Additionally, he has published eight peer-reviewed academic articles, further establishing his authority and expertise in his areas of specialization. His ongoing research efforts include four unpublished articles currently under review, indicating his continuous pursuit of knowledge and scholarly contribution.

 

As the CEO of The Synagogue Institute of Biblical Languages, the first center for biblical languages in Ghana, Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah has demonstrated his ability to lead innovative educational initiatives. His work at the institute not only advances the study of biblical languages but also supports the professional growth of educators and students alike.

 

Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah is also the founder and General Overseer of Logos Chapel Worldwide, where he integrates his academic insights with practical leadership. His vision is to become a professor specializing in Old Testament and Biblical Hebrew interpretation within African Christianity, continuing to influence the educational landscape through teaching, research, and leadership.
