ESTHER BAMFO KWAKYE

Esther Bamfo-Kwakye is an internationally trained educational consultant and the Chairperson of EdAfrica Solutions. With over a decade of impactful experience in education leadership, strategic planning, and innovation, she leads EdAfrica’s mission to transform learning outcomes across the continent through equitable access to quality teaching and learning resources.

 

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) by the Project Management Institute, USA, Esther brings a strategic edge to every initiative she oversees. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Innovations from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and her academic and professional foundation fuels her commitment to advancing Pan-African education systems.

 

Esther is the founder of Eduleadership 101, a podcast dedicated to empowering educators with practical insights for leadership and classroom excellence. She also serves as a member of ASCD and BWEL, where she contributes to global educational discourse.

 

Her leadership at EdAfrica is grounded in a passion for bridging resource gaps in African schools through innovation, collaboration, and advocacy. She spearheads EdAfrica’s strategic initiatives, including donation networks, public-private partnerships, and the 12-month roundtable series focused on educational policy, impact, and reform across early childhood, basic, and secondary education in Africa.
