ROLES FOR VOLUNTEERS
Field Agents:
- Engage learners, head teachers and whole communities.
- Conduct needs assessments, monitor progress, and provide support.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
Project Team Members:
- Contribute to specific projects, such as education programs or advocacy initiatives.
- Assist with project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
Website Coordinators:
- Maintain and update EdAfrica's website.
- Ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Manage website design and functionality.
Graphic Designers:
- Design materials that reflect EdAfrica's brand and messaging.
- Develop creative and effective visual communications.
Logistics Coordinator
- Plan and manage logistics for events, workshops, and projects.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and other arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and projects.
Video Editors:
- Edit video content for EdAfrica's projects and initiatives.
- Create engaging and informative videos that showcase EdAfrica's work.
- Ensure high-quality video production.
Program Coordinators:
- Oversee specific programs or initiatives.
- Coordinate program activities, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure program goals are met and evaluated.
Communication Leads:
- Develop and implement communication strategies.
- Craft messages, press releases, and other communications.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication.
Social Media Engagement Leads:
- Manage EdAfrica's social media presence.
- Create and share engaging content.
- Build and maintain online communities.
Writers:
- Create written content, such as articles, blog posts, and reports.
- Develop compelling and informative content that showcases EdAfrica's work.
- Ensure high-quality writing and editing.
